Returns

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Returns received after 30 days, or in damaged or altered condition, may be rejected or only partially refunded.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Email us at Officialwhitepony@hotmail.com to initiate an exchange. Send returns to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once we receive the return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Recommendations
